Orders 

Orders placed will be dealt with in a timely manor, but not at the expense of your stamps. 

If you place a large order, it will take longer to package up, than an order with a single stamp. We do however aim to process all orders within 1 working day.
Due to the time and care we like to take whilst packing up orders, we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service.

Orders placed from the Channel Islands will need to select your destination from the Channel Islands delivery option.

Delivery options - UK only

All orders are packaged in hard backed envelopes. 

We currently only offer 1 postage option, and use Royal Mail for all orders. 

Standard Delivery: £2.95

This is a flat rate on all orders up to £25.00. Orders of £25 or more receive Free Standard Delivery

Large or high values orders may be sent requiring a signature. 

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 28 days to return the item/s to us for a refund.  Please contact within the 28 days, before posting any returns.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in, packaging to protect the stamps when returning the items. Any item that has been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return

Please contact us prior to any returns, to help speed up the returns process.

Once we have received your item, we will then arrange to either refund you using the original payment method. We will issue your refund within 7 days of receiving the items back.
Please note, that we do not refund original postage costs if we are refunding a partial order.

Any returns are at your own cost. We recommend a signed for or tracked service, covering the value of the returned goods, and when using Royal Mail, remember to request a "Certificate of Postage" when you pay for your postage at a Post office.
