Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item/s to us for a refund.  Please contact us within the 30 days, before posting any returns.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent, including packaging to protect the stamps when returning the items. Any item that has been damaged or otherwise altered after you received delivery, will not be accepted for return

Please contact us prior to any returns, to help speed up the returns process.

Once we have received your item, we will then arrange to either refund you using the original payment method. We will issue your refund within 7 days of receiving the items back.
Please note, that we do not refund original postage costs if we are refunding a partial order.

Any returns are at your own cost. We recommend a signed for or tracked service, covering the value of the returned goods, and when using Royal Mail, remember to request a "Certificate of Postage" when you pay for your postage at a Post office.
