We've compiled a list of commonly asked questions for our site, to help you spend more time finding your stamps, and enjoying your collection.

The item says it's Mint - what do you actually mean?

We've got a full breakdown of how we categorise our stamps Here. 

But most often it means that the stamp is Mint never hinged. Those stamps that have been mounted will say on the product page. These are often earlier stamps. 

The stamps I want are out of Stock

We enable you to add your email to the product you want, to be notified once its back in stock. The We don't use this email address for anything else - and we don't disclose this email to anyone else either. Please note- some items take longer to come back into stock. 

The Stamps I want aren't Listed - but you have others from this country.

You can sign up to our emails to let you know when we add new stamps to the country you want - Sign up from the country page. At the bottom of each country page, under the products - there is a sign up form for that specific country. 

Again -We don't use this email address for anything else - and we don't disclose this email to anyone else either.

As we often list multiple new items from one country at a time - this is an easy way to hear about just the country you are collecting at the moment!
